Terms & Design Policy

Welcome to Owlsome Design. Please review the following policies that apply to all services we provide. By working with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Project Scope & Deliverables

All projects include a clearly defined scope, deliverables, and timeline agreed upon before work begins. Additional requests beyond the original scope may incur additional fees.

2. Revisions

Each design package includes THREE rounds of revisions. Revisions are defined as reasonable changes to the existing concept. Any major changes or redesigns may be subject to additional charges.

3. Payment Terms
   •    A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
   •    The remaining balance is due upon completion and before the release of final files.
   •    Late payments may incur a 2% fee per 7 days overdue.

4. Client-Provided Materials

Clients must ensure that any materials provided (logos, images, fonts, text, etc.) are properly licensed or owned.
We are not responsible for any legal issues that arise from unlicensed or copyrighted content supplied by the client.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owlsome Design from any claims related to the use of client-supplied assets.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Final designs may be used by the client for commercial or marketing purposes after full payment is made.
We retain ownership of all working files unless otherwise agreed.
Designs may not be resold, sublicensed, or significantly altered without permission.

6. Cancellation Policy

If a project is canceled before completion, we reserve the right to bill for hours worked. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

7. Portfolio Use

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless a prior non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.
